Return policy

“Didn’t love what you ordered? You can send it back within 7 days after receiving the item(s). Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition in the original packaging. Items returned after the 7-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition.

To make a return, please contact us via team@coconutmilk.co when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size, we will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. In all other circumstances, you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned items(s).

Were approved a refund or credit will be issued within 10 working days. In the case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo.

Please note, that discounted items or products bought during a sale are non-returnable/non-refundable.
